• Capacity: 35 people max.

• Food for your event:  We do not have food preparation, cooking or refrigeration facilities, so a caterer is recommended.  If you do not already have a caterer, we highly recommend Marigold Catering at www.marigoldcatering.com or 216.566.5400.  We can provide assorted cheeses and crackers for meetings or private wine tasting events with advanced notice.

• Beverages: Since the Studio of 5 Rings is a licensed winery, you agree to use our wine exclusively for alcoholic beverages.  No outside alcohol is permitted, per our Ohio State License.

• Person signing this agreement (Responsible Party) must provide photo ID and be at least 21 years old.  If this is for an Organization, the Organization's name must be provided and an approved representative must be appointed and be responsible for the terms and fees outlined in this agreement.

• This contract must be filled out completely and accurately before submitting to Studio of 5 Rings for approval.
• Studio of 5 Rings, LLC reserves the right of refusal when considering submissions to use the space.
• Responsible Party assumes responsibility for their own actions and those of their guests and therefore agrees to make financial restitutions should any loss occur to the art collections or to Studio of 5 Rings, LLC's property, image, inventories, etc.
• Photo ID must be shown as proof of legal age for anyone who wishes to consume alcohol.
• Due to the presence of the art collections, wine inventories, etc. at least one of our staff will be on premises during your event.
• Studio of 5 Rings, LLC is a non-smoking facility.  Smoking is available at the building's entrance.
• No weapons, illegal substances or activities will be tolerated.
• Parking lot security is the Responsible Party's responsibility.
• Only wine from Studio of 5 Rings, LLC may be the wine used in this event.  No other wines may be brought on premises.  Due to Ohio State laws, current prices are in effect.
• Responsible Party may print this page from our web site and use it to submit a request to hold an event
• Violation of this contract will result in cancellation of event and loss of any fees or deposits made to Studio of 5 Rings, LLC.

Fees

• These apply to the space operated by Studio of 5 Rings, LLC only.  Agreements with outside agents such as catering companies are handled separately.
• $50 to use the space for meetings lasting two hours or less and end before 4pm on weekdays.  A $25 deposit is required to reserve the date and time of the event.
• $250 fee applies to events which:
  • Begin after 4pm weekdays or any time on weekends
  • Are longer than two hours on weekdays or end past 4pm on weekdays
  • 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time.  The balance must be paid CASH or CREDIT CARD only no later than 48 hours before the date of the scheduled event.  Failure to make payment in full will result in the cancellation of the event and all deposits, payments, etc be forfeit to Studio of 5 Rings, LLC.
